This policy explains how Henry Deane Electrical Ltd (“we”, “us”), based in Bantry, Co. Cork, handles the personal information you give us through this website. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to reply to you and quote for your job.
When you fill in our quote form, we receive the details you enter:
If you call us, email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you send us that way.
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, give you a quote and carry out any work you ask us to do. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
This website is hosted by Netlify, which also receives quote-form submissions on our behalf and forwards them to us by email. Netlify processes this data under its own privacy and data-protection terms. We don’t share your details with anyone else unless we need to for your job (for example, registering an installation with an energy supplier or grant body), or unless the law requires it.
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that, we delete them.
Under GDPR, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. To do so, email hdelectricalbantry@gmail.com or call 083 449 0510. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
